Introducing Guatemalan specialty coffee and authentic Central American flavors to Little Rhody
Primavera Coffee Roasters was born from the aroma of freshly roasted coffee, the sweetness of homemade pan dulce, and the memories of Luis' childhood in Guatemala. We’re bringing those flavors, traditions, and the warm hospitality of Central America to Cranston, Rhode Island.
For co-founder Melissa, that connection to Latin America is personal too. During her time serving as a missionary, she lived alongside local communities, experienced their culture and hospitality firsthand, and learned recipes and traditions that continue to inspire the food and pastries we serve.
At the heart of Primavera is our in-house micro-roastery, where we carefully roast specialty coffees chosen to bring out the unique character of each origin and harvest. Alongside our handcrafted espresso drinks and freshly brewed coffee, we’ll offer a coffee subscription option so you can enjoy our traditional Central American favorites like Conchas, Tres Leches, and other treats inspired by the flavors we grew up with and came to love.
